Hartzell will perform solos by Ponce, Ibbotson, Dumigan, Houghton, Dyens, and will be joined by Wallace on his own composition. Wallace will perform voice and guitar pieces by Mertz, Schubert, Schumann, Bernstein, Wallace on the 2nd half. Wallace and Hartzell will have CDs available for purchase.

American guitarist living in England, Valérie Hartzell has performed on radio, television, in over 30 festivals, both in the United States, Canada, and Europe, and is an international competition prize-winner in 8 competitions. As a solo artist she has performed for numerous performance arts societies and universities. Fanfare Magazine says “…[she] proves herself to be a master at creating moods…” and English radio personality Iain Lee says of her playing, “you are properly brilliant…you’re amazing, I would suggest.”
